For all established mixer types we deliver linings made of Chilled Cast Iron. This is the most used type of mixer linings.
Often Ceramics obtain greater durability with a higher risk of fracture.
Another facility is using our RWE-VM steel plates. With a lining made of 15 mm RWE-VM we get a lifetime of 50.000 m³ Readymix-Concrete made with grit aggregates.
Wearreduction is possible with our Specialscrews with high heads. Screws and lining have the same level. This leads to wearreduction on the Mixing Tools and the mixer linings.
